Scott Graham was a 4-year letterwinner for the Western football team from 1974-1977. Graham was voted a team captain by his peers prior to his Senior season, becoming a top figure on a Griffon offensive line that posted two bowl victories, the 1975 Mineral Water Bowl and the 1977 Boot Hill Bowl. Graham helped Western post, what was then, school records for rushing yards gained in a season, first downs in a season, rushing touchdowns in a game (Jay Randall vs. Mo. Southern – 1977) and rushing touchdowns in a season. Graham was named NAIA All-District three times during his career, including a First-Team selection following the 1977 season.
