ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The Griffon Women's Golf team will travel to Warrensburg, Missouri, to compete in the MIAA Championship, while the Griffon Men's Golf team will stay home awaiting their regional selections.
The Griffon Women will compete at Mules National Golf Course in Warrensburg, Missouri on April 20–22, with the first round set to begin on Monday at 8:30 a.m. MoWest will look to bounce back after their 10th-place finish at the Spring Region Preview in Monkey Island, Oklahoma, held April 5–7. The Griffons showed improvement in the later rounds of that event and will aim to carry that momentum heading into conference play.
MoWest will be represented by
Ines Vandaele,
Saya Schweitzer,
Avery Wells,
Makenna Casey, and
Lauren Mallow, with
Emma Spurlin traveling as the team's alternate. Spurlin will only play if substituted into the lineup. Seniors Vandaele and Schweitzer will look to lead the young Griffon squad as they push to extend their postseason run.

What's Next
The MoWest Women will turn their attention to Regionals as they await NCAA DII Central Regional qualifier selections.
According to the latest Scoreboard and the NCAA DII Regional Rankings, the Griffons are currently ranked 13th regionally. The selection committee will choose 18 teams to compete in St. Joseph.
The NCAA Central Regional, scheduled for May 4–6 at St. Joseph Country Club, will be hosted by MoWest in partnership with the St. Joseph Sports Commission.
