JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Griffon Men's Golf sits in fifth place after two rounds at the 2026 MIAA Men's Golf Championship at Jefferson City Country Club with a 36-hole total of 598 (+22), two strokes behind Newman (596, +20) in fourth and five shots back of Central Missouri (593, +17) in third.
MoWest was paced by a trio of golfers tied for 14th overall at 149 (+5).
Parker Boggins posted rounds of 72 (E) and 77 (+5), while
Aiden Asby followed with a 73 (+1) and 76 (+4).
Bennett Berger also contributed with consistent play, carding rounds of 76 (+4) and 73 (+1).
Tim Johnston added a two-round total of 152 (+8), shooting 74 (+2) and 78 (+6), while
Ethan Mustard rounded out the lineup with a 153 (+9) after rounds of 75 (+3) and 78 (+6).
What's Next
MoWest will wrap up the MIAA Championship with the final round (Round 3) on Wednesday, April 15 at Jefferson City Country Club. The Griffons are set to tee off in the morning from Hole 1, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Ethan Mustard will lead things off at 8:30 a.m., followed by
Tim Johnston at 8:40 a.m.
Parker Boggins will tee off at 8:50 a.m., with
Aiden Asby scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
Bennett Berger will round out the Griffon lineup with a 9:10 a.m. tee time.
