WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Griffon Track and Field closed out day two of the UCM Kip and Kirk Outdoor Mule Relays on Thursday at Walton Stadium and Kennedy Field.

Sean Gosewisch said the team delivered a strong performance on day two of the UCM Kip and Kirk Outdoor Mule Relays, highlighting multiple lifetime and season-best marks. He added it was a successful meet overall and praised the athletes for their tenacity.
Dawson Miller placed 31st in the men's discus with a throw of 38.13 meters (125-1).
Kelsi Fair finished 15th in the women's shot put with a mark of 11.21 meters (36-9.50).
Abbey Henry took 12th in the women's triple jump, recording a leap of 10.63 meters (34-10.50, 0.3).
Angelo Baez-Mahr led the Griffons in the men's 800-meter run, placing 10th with a time of 1:57.39.
Dylan Stout followed in 36th at 1:59.41, while
Aidan Jumper finished 56th in 2:03.65.
In the women's 800-meter run,
Bailey Cutler placed 13th with a time of 2:27.90. MJ Hageman finished 15th in 2:28.57, and
Brianna DeBord took 26th with a time of 2:37.48.
Yesenia Carrillo recorded an eighth-place finish in the women's 400-meter dash, clocking in at 59.87.
Henry Trumpp placed ninth in the men's 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:09.75.
