ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Griffon Soccer has added Bailey Brennan as an assistant coach, bringing a strong background in player development, recruiting, and performance training to the program.

Brennan joins the Griffons after serving as an assistant women's soccer coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University since July 2025. Prior to Nebraska Wesleyan, Brennan spent time at Dubuque Senior High School, where she served as both assistant and head women's soccer coach. She focused on rebuilding the program by developing players on and off the field, implementing structured training plans, and fostering a positive team culture. Her responsibilities also included managing program operations such as scheduling, equipment, and team logistics.

Brennan's background also includes experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach at University of Dubuque, where she worked with athletes to improve strength, endurance, and injury prevention. She holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach.

As a student-athlete at the University of Dubuque, Brennan was a team captain for the women's soccer program, earning American Rivers Conference Honorable Mention honors and Academic All-District recognition.
