KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Griffon Soccer earned three selections to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Women's All-Central Region teams, led by senior defender Nicoletta Froehlich on the First Team. Junior midfielder Kendall Knisley was chosen for the Second Team, and senior defender Brookelyn Buttolph claimed a Third Team spot, giving MoWest three all-region honorees.

Froehlich's First Team recognition caps a strong campaign in which she anchored the Griffon back line. She appeared in every match and totaled 1,925 minutes, showing steady endurance with 16 complete outings. She also added key attacking moments with 1 goal, 3 assists, 5 points, 10 shots, 3 shots on target, and a game-winner. Her consistency, control, and ability to spark transitions established her among the region's top defenders and secured her place on the First Team.

Knisley landed on the Second Team following a productive season in the midfield, which also advances her to the USC All-American ballot. She delivered 8 goals, 5 assists, and a team-high 21 points across 22 matches. Her 70 attempts and 39 shots on frame averaged just over three per game, keeping the pressure on opposing defenses. With four decisive contributions and steady involvement in MoWest's build-up play, she finished as the squad's leading point producer and earned Second Team honors.

Buttolph was named to the Third Team after delivering a dependable year on the back line. She started 21 matches, logged 1,794 minutes, and finished 15 full contests, providing steady coverage throughout the season. Her consistency and presence helped her secure a place on the Third Team.
