ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — Missouri Western Athletics has announced Donnie Fox will join the Griffon Sports Properties team as an account executive to work alongside General Manager Evan Wolf.

Fox joins MWSU after graduating from Maryville University of St. Louis, earning his bachelor's degree in sports business management. During his time there, Fox found experience working with Rawlings Sporting Goods in St. Louis as a digital marketing intern, working on backlink reconciliation, local search engine optimizations and website health for all Rawlings' sites. He also interned with the Big River Race Management and the St. Louis Sports Commission in St. Louis as well.

Fox's core responsibilities with Griffon Sports Properties and Peak Sports MGMT include searching for sponsors, sales and hosting promotional events at MWSU athletic events. With the new year, Wolf says Fox brings a new type of energy to the department.

"Donnie's enthusiasm for college athletics and previous experience are a perfect fit for his role as the account executive role. We look forward to watching him grow our relationships with current partners as well as build new relationships with businesses around St. Joseph!"
