INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced the 2026 Women's Lacrosse Preseason Coaches' Poll on Thursday afternoon, with Griffon Lacrosse earning a fourth-place projection.
MoWest totaled 31 points in the poll, landing six points behind third-place Rockhurst and 13 points ahead of Lewis, which finished fifth with 18 points. The Griffons are coming off a strong 2025 campaign that included a No. 4 seed in the GLVC Championship.

Maryville claimed the top spot in the preseason poll with 49 points and seven first-place votes Indianapolis followed closely in second with 43 points and one first-place.
Rounding out the poll from sixth through eighth were McKendree and Quincy with 17 points each, followed by William Jewell with 12 points.
