MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. — MoWest Men's Golf wrapped up play at the MSSU Fall Invitational with a team total of 891 strokes (+27), securing a third-place finish at Shangri-La Resort.
The Griffons delivered one of their most balanced performances of the season, with all six competitors contributing steady rounds across the two-day event.
Leading the way,
Aiden Asby placed tied for ninth at 220 (+4), highlighted by a hot finish that included four birdies in Round 3.
Parker Boggins and
Parker Bunting both tied for 12th at 221 (+5), with Boggins carding three birdies and an eagle on hole 18, while Bunting matched with four birdies in his final round to power the Griffon surge.
Coby Puzio (IND) finished T-72nd at 235 (+19),
Davis Jungbluth followed T-78th at 236 (+20), and
Tommy McDowell closed T-86th at 238 (+22),highlighted by a hole-in-one on hole 17 in Round 3.

Griffon Men's Golf will close out the fall season at the Tulsa Cup, held Oct. 27–28 at The Club at Indian Springs in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
