Missouri Western's annual live coaches show returns to Hi-Ho Bar and Grill in St. Joseph for the 2024-25 school year on Monday, August 26 at noon.

The show, now called the Griffon Sports Insider Podcast, returns to a noon luncheon format, and will run every Monday through the fall, winter and the start of the spring seasons.

The GSI Podcast is hosted by Missouri Western's new Director of Broadcasting, Tommy Rezac, and will feature student-athlete and coaches' interviews throughout the year.
