Griffons battling for Commissioner's Cup top five

Missouri Western University, Missouri Southern University, and Washburn continue to battle for a slot in the first five of the 2023-24 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Commissioner Cup standings. The updated rankings, through the 2023-24 winter sports campaign, were announced by the league office Monday, March 25.

The Griffons have compiled 7.8 points, trailing MSSU by 1.08 for sixth and Washburn by 1.14 for fifth. Perennial loop powers Pittsburg State University and Northwest Missouri State University are one-two.
