PITTSBURG, Kan. — Three individuals scored top-five finishes for Griffon Track & Field on Saturday. with two hitting an NCAA Division II provisional mark at the Wendy's/Pittsburg State Invitational.

FIELD EVENTS - TOP-FIVE FINISHES/RECORDS
Allyssa Mahone took second in the women's weight throw, shattering her own program record with a DII provisional mark of 18.22 meters. She went on to take fifth in the shot put, heaving a distance of 13.25. Makenzie Garr took fourth in the shot put, landing at 13.50 meters. On the men's side of the shot put, Lucas Trotter took fourth with a DII provisional mark of 17.09.
