Outlook: Will bring experience and depth to our team...has a great attitude and will compete for a starting sport this season.

2014 season: Dougan played in 13 singles matches finishing with a 5-8 record...she was 2-6 in MIAA play and 2-6 in her last ten playing in the No. 6 position...in doubles her and Kayla Dysart went 6-5 at the No. 3 position and 3-4 in MIAA play...she also went 1-1 with Meara Smith and 0-1 with Margret Winter...MWSU Tennis Student-Athlete of the Year...MIAA Academic Honor Roll (3.0 cumulative GPA).

2013 season: Played in 17 matches...won six matches and 12 sets...along with doubles partner Kayla Dysart, she won another six matches...MIAA Academic Honor Roll (3.0 cumulative GPA).

High School: Played her high school tennis at Trenton high school...she was a four year letter winner winning the District 16 singles championship...was also an All-News Press first team selection...finished with 82 career singles victories and 110 career victories in both singles and doubles. During her senior season she was 27-7 in singles and 9-1 in doubles matches.

Personal: She is a very good student who plans on majoring in management & marketing...is the daughter of Mitch and Donna Dougan...her,favorite book is Black & White by David MaCaulay...favorite professional sports team is the Lakers...favorite food is penne pasta...favorite candy is skittles...would most like to have dinner with Channing Tatum...when she was a kid she wanted to be a doctor...a random fact about Alyssa is that she has been a diabetic since she was 15 months old.
