Max Bode begins his second year as a volunteer assistant coach at Missouri Western. Before joining MSWU athletics, Max interned at Shepherd University (W.Va.) with the sports information director.
Max represented the United States in the 2018 U20 AMF Futsal World Cup in Valledupar, Colombia. He was a student-athlete all through his college career on the men's soccer team while also being named to the dean's list all four years.
Max completed his first two years of college at the College of Southern Maryland where he earned associate degrees in General Studies and Arts and Science. He finished his last two years at Shepherd where he received a bachelor's degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a concentration in Sports Communication.
Max will be pursuing his master's in Sport and Fitness Management at Missouri Western.
