Outlook: Will head into the season as the Griffons number one guy...works hard and has a great attitude...has the ability to play anywhere on the field...has good range and strong accurate arm.

2013 season: Named First team All-MIAA and MIAA Pitcher of the Year...named Daktronics All-South Central Region First Team...named NCBWA First Team and ABCA First Team...earned honorable mention All-America honors by the NCBWA...went 11-1 and had 13 appearances...had a 2.91 ERA and pitched four complete games...pitched 80 innings to lead the team...gave up 81 hits and had a team-high 52 strikeouts...faced 300 batters and gave up just four home runs...broke the school record and MIAA record for most wins in a career...he finished with 35 career victories and finished third in MWSU history with 228 strikeouts.

2012 season: Had an outstanding season breaking the MWSU single season record for victories with 12...led the MIAA and the nation in victories...made 14 appearances with 13 starts, pitching 10 complete games with two shutouts... threw 92.2 innings giving up just 81 hits while striking out 65...second on the team with a 1.94 ERA giving up just 20 earned runs...won his last ten starts and lost just one game he stared all season...gave up two or less runs in 12 of his 14 outings...named MIAA Pitcher of the Week on Monday, May 7...First Team All-MIAA...Second Team South Central Region by American Baseball Coaches Assocation...Daktronics Second Team all-South Central Region.

2011 season: Named Honorable Mention All-MIAA for second consecutive season. Led the staff with 14 starts, 60 strikeouts and 84.2 innings pitched. Rattled off five consecutive victories after starting the season 0-3. Finished 6-6 with a 3.61 ERA.

2010 season: Honorable Mention All-MIAA selection...led the Griffons with six wins finishing 6-2 on the season...only loses came against top 10 ranked teams...made 11 apperances with eight starts...had two complete games and combined for one shuout...pitched 60.2 innings giving up 55 hits, 25 earned runs while striking out 51...had a 3.71 ERA...held his opponents to a .251 batting average...played six games with four starts in the outfield...had two hits and scored three runs.

High School: Three time First Team All-State selection at Turner High School...played in the Kansas All-Star Game.
