ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Griffon Men's Golf tees off its spring 2026 season on Monday and Tuesday in the Shadow Valley Invitational at Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas.

Tim Johnston will compete with
Davis Jungbluth competing as an individual.
MoWest will compete with host school Arkansas-Fort Smith along with Missouri Southern, Pittsburg State, Central Oklahoma and Newman, along with Central Region foes Arkansas-Monticello, Harding, Henderson State, Arkansas Tech, Northwestern Oklahoma State and several more teams.
There are slight chances for rain, but temperatures will be mild in the 60s and 70s.
MoWest men's golf ended its fall 2025 season in late October with an eighth place team finish in the Tulsa Cup in Oklahoma.
Leading the way for MoWest in that tournament was senior
Aiden Asby, who tied for 11th individually at 215 (-1) after carding an even-par 72 in the final round that included three birdies.
Tim Johnston surged up the leaderboard with a 3-under 69, highlighted by six birdies, to finish tied for 18th at 217 (+1).
Parker Boggins finished tied for 22nd at 218 (+2), capping his week with a 75 (+3) that featured two birdies.
Parker Bunting posted a 76 (+4) in the final round, tying for 62nd at 225 (+9), while
Tommy McDowell rounded out the lineup with a 77 (+5) and four birdies to tie for 77th at 229 (+13).
