ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – MoWest men's and women's cross country will host the Griffon Invite on Saturday, Oct. 4, at the MWSU Cross Country Course.
The women's 5K begins at 8:00 a.m., followed by the men's 8K at 8:45 a.m.
The Griffon Invite stands as the program's lone home meet of the 2025 season, giving fans a chance to see the Griffons compete in St. Joseph.
The event also kicks off Homecoming Saturday, Pink Weekend, and the celebration of 50 Years of Women's Sports at MoWest.
For the women's 5K, MoWest will line up
