2023: Set a PR and placed 19th in the Griffon Twilight (19:03.7 - 6K) ... PR'd in the Gans Creek Invitational (26:29.7 - 8K) ... PR'd in the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (33:18.7 - 10K).
