ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Griffon Cross Country is set to compete in the 2025 MIAA Championships this Saturday at Four Oaks Golf Course in Pittsburg, Kansas.
The women's 6K race will start things off at 10 a.m., with the men's 8K will follow at 11 a.m.
MoWest will have

Bailey Cutler,
Meagan Smith,
Hailey McKinney,
Brianna DeBord and
Kaleigh Harvey competing in the women's race.
Pau Valderrama,
Wimach Gilo,
Mason McCain,
Sam Shipp,
Mason Orscheln,
Logan Soedt,
Ryan Ringgenberg,
Dylan Stout,
Angelo Baez-Mahr and
Will Gessmann will compete for the men.
Valderrama, a winner of two events this year, looks to repeat as an all-MIAA performer, as he finished ninth at the MIAA Championships in 2024 at the MWSU Cross Country Course.
The Griffons hope to position themselves to qualify for the NCAA Central Central Regional Championships set for Saturday, November 8 in Joplin, Missouri.
