LONDON, England - Jessica Ford, an incoming transfer on the Missouri Western women's basketball team, will represent her home nation of Great Britain today at the 2024 Subway® Summer Slam after being selected to the national team roster by newly appointed head coach Anna Montañana.
 
A native of Marlborough, England, Ford's debut game at forward on the Great Britain Senior Women's National Team will be against Germany. The stakes are high in the matchup between the two European teams that are currently two spots apart in the FIBA world rankings. Tip off from Copper Box Arena is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. CT.
 
Ford, who committed to Griffons this summer, previously played at Eckerd College for head coach Ashton Feldhaus. She appeared in 31 games with 22 starts, averaging 6.0 points and 4.5 rebounds a game for the Tritons last season.
