PITTSBURG, Ks. — With two All-American statuses solidified this Saturday, it has come full circle for two of Griffon Track & Field's founding members.
Hanna Williams and Jordan Garr end their winter season with places on the podium at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. This is Williams' second time earning All-American honors in the 400-Meter Race, placing seventh with a time 54.88. She placed eighth in the same event during 2021's outdoor championships.
Garr sealed up a fourth-place finish in the Shot Put, throwing a distance of 18.31 meter on his fourth toss of the day. This is his first All-American accomplishment, placing him among the ranks of Williams and 2018's two-time All-American Phil Thompson. Williams also joins Thompson as the only two Griffons with multiple national achievements.
