Season Stats

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri Western tennis team fell in the final match of the 2012 Car City/Hyundai tennis classic 9-0 against the Newman Jets. Western falls to 1-3 on the season with the loss.

Western's No. 1 doubles played the best out of the three doubles matches. Ceara Boldridge and Kayla Dysart fell 8-2 against Carissa Villaflor and Kristie Symon. In singles Erin Ward fell in No. 4 singles against Jessica Bown by score of 7-5 and 6-3 while Katie Field fell 6-0 and 7-5 in No. 6 singles against Anna Le.

Western returns to action on Friday, March 2nd when they take on Graceland University at 3:00 pm in St. Joseph, Mo.
