High School: Fredrick Manyawu, a 6-foot-3 guard, played his high school basketball at Platte County High School in Platte City, Mo...played under Rick Hodge helping the Pirates to a conference title in 2011...as a senior he averaged 19.5 points per game, 2.25 assists per game, 1.9 steals per game, 7.2 rebounds per game and 2.0 blocks per game...earned Missouri Basketball Coaches Association (MBCA) Class 4 All-State honors as well as being named to the Class 4 All-State Second Team as selected by the Missouri Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association...was an All-Conference and All-District performer as well as being selected to play in the Missouri-Kansas High School All-Star game...was voted his team’s Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year.
