Missouri Western State University Athletics

High School: Involvement has included four years in Band, lettering three times, and participation in Marching Band for four years with multiple competitions. Athletics consisted of four years in Cross Country, lettering twice and qualifying for Districts two years, along with four years in Track & Field, lettering twice. Additional activities included four years in One Act and four years in Speech, lettering three times in each, as well as six years in Gymnastics. Community and recreational involvement extended to eight years with the Falls City Barracuda Swim Team, earning performance ribbons and medals, and eight years of Falls City Recreation Baseball. Scouting achievements began with three years in Cub Scouts Troop 391 and continued with eight years in Boy Scouts Troop 396, culminating in earning the rank of Eagle Scout in May 2022 by renovating the Statue of Arms, the miniature Statue of Liberty at the Richardson County Court House. Other service activities included helping with the Jingle Bell Ride for eight years, donating blood through the American Red Cross for two years, assisting with the Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church Turkey Bazaar for six years by preparing and delivering roasters of potatoes, and delivering meals with Meals on Wheels during school breaks. Honors and recognitions include being named Outstanding Actor at Districts for three years, receiving the Nebraska State Colleges Multi-Activity Student Award for cross country, instrumental music, play production, speech, and track & field from 2019 through 2022, serving as a Homecoming King candidate in Fall 2022, and earning Best in Category and First Place in the Airbrush/Graphic Division at the 2022 Student Art Contest sponsored by the Richardson County Arts & Humanities Council.
