COMPETITION DAY INFORMATION
TICKETS
Adult General Admission is $10.
Kids 12 & Under are free. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate on competition day.
To save time at the gate, encourage fans to purchase tickets on gogriffons.com/boxoffice.
All spectators will be given a wristband at time of admission for reentry.
PARTICIPANTS
Stamps will be provided for participants, bus drivers, equipment vehicle drivers, and for 1 chaperone per 10 students.
Directors and staff members will receive credentials that will allow access to the hospitality room in the Stadium Club located in Spratt Stadium.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions will be available inside Gate 1 of Spratt Stadium.
Griffon Athletic Concessions are cashless. Please share with your parents and fans.
There are no ATMs available on site.
AIR GRAMS AND FAN VOTE
Air grams will be sold on the Spratt Stadium concourse near the Gate 1 Concession stand.
They will be $10 a piece. There will be a limit of 15 air grams per band.
There will be an Audience Choice Award given to the group that receives the most votes.
Spectators can vote for their favorite group or show by leaving donations in the group’s container.
The winning group will receive half of the total amount donated.
All proceeds from air gram sales and the Audience Choice Award donations go directly to operating costs of the new Griffon Athletic Bands at MoWest.
MERCHANDISE
Tournament of Champions merchandise will be available through BSN Sports via the Griffon Athletic Bands Online Store.
MISCELLANEOUS
Please be aware, this event takes place on a regular operating campus day. Keep in mind there will be normal university traffic and activities going on.
The Griffon Indoor Sports Complex (GISC) is not accessible to any band’s participants, staff, parents, spectators, etc.
FINAL RESULTS
During the exhibition performance, leadership representatives will meet in the northwest end zone to line up for the presentation of awards.
Please limit representatives to a maximum of 5 individuals per school. A single designated individual should step forward when a school is called for an award.
Adjudication recordings as well as score sheets and recaps will be distributed through the Competition Suite app.
If there is a problem with the app, paper score sheets and recaps will be distributed during the awards ceremony. In this case, an adjudication recordings may not be available.
