2012 season: Played in all 16 games with seven starts...score a season-high five goals...tied a season record with five goals...scored two game-winning goals...had 33 shots with 21 on goal...scored two goals against Emporia State on Oct. 7, including a 40-yard shot in overtime to defeat the Hornets 2-1 just 30 seconds into the extra period...became the all-time leader in goals with 13, including her 12th goal in a tie against Fort Hays State, passing Audrey Henderson...MIAAÂ Academic Honor Roll (3.0 cumulative GPA).
2011 season: Played in 12 games with three starts...had 10 shots with six on goal...averaged 37.6 minutes of action.
2010 season: After an outstanding freshman season, Widrig had a disappointing sophomore campaign battling injuries...she played in just six games with one start...she tallied one goal on eight shots with five being on goal...played just 290 minutes averaging 48 minutes a game.
2009 season: Played in 16 of the Griffons 20 games...garnered All-MIAA second team honors at the forward position as she broke or tied numerous MWSU records throughout the season...opened up her career on a positive note as she scored two goals and had one assist in her first two games wearing the black and gold...broke records for a single game for goals twice (2), points (5) and goals in a half with two in Western’s 3-2 victory over Southwest Baptist on October 8 in St. Joseph, Mo...finished the season breaking or tying records for games played (20), games started (20), points (18), goals (7), game winning goals (3) and assists (4)...through one season Widrig sits at fourth in points (18) and goals (7), first in goals per game (.44) and second in assists (4) in the career records category at Western.
High School: Named Honorable Mention All-City for her freshman season…tallied eight goals and 13 assists in 2007…for her sophomore numbers she received 2nd Team All-City, 1st Team All-Region, and 2nd Team All-State…scored nine goals and handed out 16 assists which led to a 1st Team All-City award…also competed on the track team where she finished 9th at state in the 100m dash in 2008.
