Mt. Hood CC: As a sophomore he hit .350 with six home runs and 37 RBI...he was named the Southern Region Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) Player of the Year...First Team All-NWAACC and an junior college All-American.,

High School: Played at Glencoe High School in Hillsboro, Oregon...was an All-Conference Outfielder in 2010 and infielder in 2009...2nd Team All-State outfielder in 2010 as well as being a team captain.,

Personal: Son of Karen and Tom Curtis...majoring in psychology...greatest sports moment was playing in the National Championship for Portland baseball club in 2010.
