BIG RAPIDS, Mich. – Griffon Men's Golf concluded its 2025-26 season Saturday at the NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Regional at Katke Golf Course, finishing 19th in the 20-team field with a three-round total of 921 (+57).
MoWest opened the tournament with a 309 (+21) during Thursday's first round before posting back-to-back rounds of 306 (+18) on Friday and Saturday to close the regional.
Tim Johnston led the Griffons throughout the regional, finishing tied for 50th overall with a 54-hole total of 225 (+9). Johnston carded rounds of 74 (+2), 75 (+3), and 76 (+4).
Parker Boggins also finished inside the top 65 individually, tying for 64th at 227 (+11). Boggins improved in each round of the tournament with scores of 78 (+6), 75 (+3), and 74 (+2) during Saturday's final round.
Senior Aiden Asby closed out his MoWest career finished tied for 91st overall with a three-round total of 236 (+20). Asby recorded rounds of 79 (+7), 79 (+7), and 78 (+6), highlighted by a three-under front nine during Saturday's final round.
Ethan Mustard concluded the tournament tied for 94th at 237 (+21). Mustard posted rounds of 78 (+6), 78 (+6), and 81 (+9).
Bennett Berger competed in the opening two rounds for the Griffons, recording scores of 80 (+8) and 78 (+6), while Parker Bunting entered the lineup for round three and carded a 78 (+6) on Saturday.
