BIG RAPIDS, Mich. – Griffon Men's Golf opened play at the 2026 NCAA Midwest/Central Regional on Thursday at Katke Golf Course.
MoWest finished the opening round with a team score of 309 (+21) and sits tied for 17th after 18 holes in a competitive regional field.
Tim Johnston paced the Griffons in round one, carding a 74 (+2) to finish tied for 29th individually.
Ethan Mustard and Parker Boggins each posted rounds of 78 (+6) and are tied for 70th overall.
Aiden Asby followed with a 79 (+7), sitting tied for 84th, while Bennett Berger rounded out the Griffon lineup with an 80 (+8) to place tied for 91st.

MoWest returns to Katke Golf Course on Friday for round two of the NCAA Midwest/Central Regional. Round two tee times begin at 1:10 p.m. CT with Bennett Berger, followed by Ethan Mustard at 1:20 p.m., Tim Johnston at 1:30 p.m., Parker Boggins at 1:40 p.m., and Aiden Asby at 1:50 p.m.
