KANSAS CITY, Mo. – MoWest sophomore Parker Boggins has been named Co-MIAA Men's Golfer of the Week following his performance at the Newman Men's Fall Invite/MIAA Preview, the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) announced Wednesday.

Boggins delivered a standout performance for the Griffon men's golf team, finishing tied for first place in the official standings with Pittsburg State's Austen Muller at 212 (-1) before capturing the individual title with a three-hole playoff victory.

The sophomore opened the 54-hole tournament with a 70 (-1) before carding back-to-back even-par rounds of 71 to finish one-under-par. His consistent play throughout the tournament set the stage for his playoff victory and conference recognition.
