KANSAS CITY -  The MIAA announced its weekly softballl awards for the week of March 11th, 2024.

Co-MIAA Hitter of the Week – Mackenzie DeVine, Missouri Western 
Mackenzie DeVine led Missouri Western's offense on the week, hitting .667 as the Griffons took two from Fort Hays State and Nebraska Kearney on opening MIAA weekend. The Griffs leadoff hitter, DeVine hit 6-of-9 in the box with seven RBI, six runs scored and six walks. She also posted an on-base percentage of .800 on the weekend and hit a grand slam in MWSU's 12-4 win in game one against the Lopers. Missouri Western defeated Fort Hays State 4-2, 13-5 before downing Nebraska Kearney 12-4, 7-3.
