ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — Calling all cheerleaders! 

Griffon Cheer is holding two open gyms this week inside the MWSU Fieldhouse at the Looney Complex. Saturday, June 17 is slated to run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m, with open gym opening back up on Monday, June 19 later in the evening from 5-7 p.m. 

Saturday's session is for all ages, whereas Monday is only for those 17 or older. If you're under 18, you will need a parent/guardian signature. Even if aspiring cheerleaders have never cheered before, they are more than welcome to partake and learn from Head Coach Danielle Bauman. Participants can expect to work on stunts and tumbling.
