ST. JOSEPH – Griffon tennis fell to Washburn 5-1 at Genesis Health Club in St. Joseph.  It is the first of four matches in a five day stretch this week for MWSU.

Missouri Western claimed an 8-5 victory at #2 doubles with Joanna Abreu Roman and Karolina Strom.  The Griffons had three matches go unfinished, including Strom's #2 singles match that was in the decisive third set when the Ichabods claimed the dual.

Missouri Western hits the road as it travels to Maryville, Missouri on April 6 to play Northwest Missouri State.  Match time is schedule for 3 p.m.
