ORLANDO – Griffon tennis fell to nationally ranked Dallas Baptist 9-0.  It is the first of three ranked opponents that Missouri Western will face on its Florida road trip.
 
Yasmine El Ghazi won the second set of #1 singles 6-4 before falling in a heartbreaker, 10-8, in the tiebreaking third set.  Joanna Abreu Roman fell in the first set 7-6 on a tiebreaker and 6-1 in the second set at #2 singles. MWSU dropped matches in #3 through #6 singles and #1 through #3 doubles.
 
The Griffons return to the court on March 16 at 3 p.m. in Orlando against North Georgia.
