EDMOND, Okla. – The Griffon men's basketball team remained winless in the MIAA after a late run came up short in an 81-76 loss at Central Oklahoma Saturday afternoon.
 
NOTABLES
	- Missouri Western scored the last six points of the game – all on free throws with four coming from Aaron Emmanuel
- Emmanuel scored a career-high 31 points in the game. The career 53 percent free throw shooter was 13-15 from the charity stripe. It was the second straight career high for Emmanuel (25 vs. Haskell)
- The Griffons flipped an eight-point deficit into an eight-point lead with a 16-0 run late in the first half
- Missouri Western led by five at halftime, 40-35
- A 14-2 run that started with two points at the end of the first half gave UCO the lead back with 16:40 to go in the game
- Six Bronchos scored in double figures
- TJ Evans scored 19 points in the first half, but did not score in the second half  
TOP PERFORMERS
	- Emmanuel shot 56 percent from the field on his way to a game and career high 31 point performance. He also led Missouri Western with five rebounds and five assists.
- Evans scored all of his 19 points in the first half
- Cole Clearman added 11 points, eight in the second half
