ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - New Griffon Women's Tennis Coach Chris Canady didn't take long to get into the win column. The program's first ever full-time coach notched his first ever win in his first ever match Saturday as Missouri Western defeated Baker 8-1. 

The Griffons took all three doubles matches and won all but the number 6 singles match in their first action on campus in over a decade. MWSU concludes the fall portion of their schedule 2-0 and will pick back up in the spring when they host Maryville University on Feb. 27.
