ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri Western women's tennis team fell in MIAA action against the Southwest Baptist Bearcats by a score of 7-2 on Sunday morning in St. Joseph, Mo. The Griffons fall to 3-8 overall and 0-5 in MIAA play.

The Griffons won two points off default by the Beacats. SBU had to gave the Griffons No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles by default.

The Griffons return to action on Wednesday, March 20 with a match against the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats in Maryville, Mo. Match time is set for 3:00 pm.
