Brandon Simmons continues to move through opponents this season improving to 9-0 with a 3-2 victory over #8 Central Missouri this past weekend in MIAA play. With the victory Simmons picked up his 33rd career victory which broke the MIAA career record of 32 which was held by Josh Reynolds of Central Missouri (1998-2000). Simmons went all seven innings giving up just four hits and two earned runs while striking out three. Simmons has a 2.92 ERA on the season and has thrown three complete games.
