2017: First Team United Soccer Coaches All-Central Region ... Second Team D2CCA All-Central Region ... First Team All-MIAA ... MIAA Scholar-Athlete award ... MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... tied teammate Sydney Cluck for the MWSU career assist record with 12 ... broke her own MWSU single season record and finished fifth in the MIAA with seven assists ... started all 22 games ... scored four goals on the season in 1,711 minutes ... took 36 shots with 18 on goal ... had two game-winning goals

2016: MIAA Academic Honor Roll...started all 19 games and played 1,422 minutes...led the team with five assists...had 37 shots with 10 shots on goal

2015: MIAA Academic Honor Roll (3.0 cumulative GPA)...Appeared in all 18 games for the Griffons and made one start...recorded 16 shots with seven of them being on goal 

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letter winner at Duchesne H.S....was named first team All-State in her senior season as well as first team All-Region, All-Conference and Academic All-State....won state championships in 2013 and 14.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dave and Judy Cowell...plans on majoring in nursing...chose MWSU because she weas impressed with the campus, nursing program and the soccer program...favorite quote is, "Sweat dries blood clots. Bones heal. So, suck it up princess."
