Biography
Outlook: Ryan is a winner in every sense...he is a great person and very good player...plays hard and plays to win...can run a basketball team but also has the ability to score the ball.
2013-2014: Led the Griffons in almost every statistical category this past season which included averaging 17.4 points per game...scored in double figures in 26 of 28 games including having a 35 point game in a victory over Nebraska-Kearney...he also scored 20 or more point five times this season which included 40 against Southwest Baptist on March 1...is the first Griffon to score 40 points since December 20, 1995 when Jerran Cobb scored 42 against UC-Riverside in the high Desert Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada...finished in the Top 10 in numerous categories which include: 9th in the MIAA in scoring (17.4), 10th in assists (3.8), 1st in free throw percentage (87.9), 1st assist/turnover ratio (2.6) and 1st in minutes played (36.2). His free throw percentage he best ever by a Griffons. The old record was 86.9 which was held by Arthur Cook during the 1985-86 season.
Eastern Oklahoma State College: Devers transfers to MWSU after playing his sophomore season at Eastern Oklahoma State College under Head Coach Scott Edgar.
Cowley County CC: Played his freshman season at Cowley County.
Tulsa Central HS: Played his high school basketball at Tulsa Central in Tulsa, Okla. At Tulsa Central he averaged 18 points and 4 assists per game while being named First Team All-State and being selected to play in the OCA Coaches Convention All-State Game.
