Outlook: He is long and runs the floor well and jumps well... is a kid that is going to get better in a hurry... a good shot blocker and rim protector. 

High School: Hughes was a three year letter winner at Olathe North High School where he averaged 5.2 points per game, 5.8 rebounds per game and 2.3 blocks per game.
