2012-2013: Second Team All-MIAA...MIAA Player of the Week on November 13, 2012...played and started all 28 games...averaged 13.1 points and 9.5 rebounds per contest...scored in double figures 23 times in 28 games and collected 14 double-doubles...scored  a career high 26 points on January 23, 2013 against Central Missouri and had a career high 18 rebounds on March 8, 2013 in the MIAA Tournament against UCM...MIAA Academic Honor Roll (3.0 cumulative GPA).

Oklahoma State University: In 2011-2012, Howard played in 18 games averaging 7.6 minutes of action...snared 11 offensive rebounds and blocked two shots... as a sophomore she played in 31 games making two starts which included the Big 12 Championship against Texas Tech...during her freshman season she saw action in 20 games which included against Kansas in the Big 12 Championship and against Chattanooga in the NCAA Tournament.

High School: Was named a second-team KBCA All-State selection as a senior...named a second-team all-state pick by the Topeka Capital-Journal...was chosen as a first-team All-Sunflower League and first-team All-Sun Country pick...picked as a first-team All-Star Johnson County selection...helped the Lady Vikings to a 20-5 record and a third-place finish at the state tournament as a senior...Shawnee Mission West also captured the sub-state title as well as the Sunflower League crown during her final prep season...was named to the All-Metro Sports first team as a senior and was a second-team pick as a junior...guided SMW to the state tournament during her junior season...averaged 13 points, seven rebounds and two blocks per game...was named an honorable mention all-state selection by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association...chosen as a first-team All-Star Johnson County member...was named a first-team all-league selection pick...tabbed as a second-team All-Sun Country pick...an honorable mention all-conference selection as a sophomore.
