High School: Four year letter winner in volleyball...KVA All-State team, All-State Tournament team, first team All-League and Wichita All-Metro team in 2014...had 325 kills, 70 blocks and 86 aces in her senior year while hitting .354...second team All-League in 2011 & 12...also lettered twice in basketball and was AVCTL Division 4 Second Team All-League. 

Personal: Daughter of Robin and Paula Friedrichs...plans on majoring in Biology-Health Science...chose MWSU based on the biology department, coaching staff and team...dream job is being a physical therapist...favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs.
