KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association announced its Week 11 Athletes of the Week for the 2026 baseball season, with Griffon Baseball's Cam Saleh earning MIAA Pitcher of the Week honors.

Saleh highlighted the week with a no-hit performance on the mound, leading MoWest to a 4-2 win in Game 1 of the April 25 doubleheader at Arkansas-Fort Smith.

He tossed all nine innings without allowing a hit, striking out seven while working around five walks and a hit-by-pitch. Despite constant traffic on the bases, Saleh never let Arkansas-Fort Smith break through with a hit, repeatedly escaping jams and maintaining control in high-pressure moments.

Both runs he allowed came unearned, as he did not surrender an earned run across his 125-pitch outing. Time and again, Saleh delivered key pitches when needed, stranding runners and preserving the no-hit effort from start to finish.

What's Next
The Griffons return home to wrap up the regular season with a three-game MIAA series against Rogers State. The set begins Thursday at 6 p.m., followed by a 3 p.m. first pitch Friday, and concludes Saturday at 1 p.m. at Griffon Baseball Field.
