INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Griffon Women's Golf is back in the NCAA Central Region tournament for a second consecutive season and the seventh time in program history.
Women's golf qualified as the No. 13 seed and will compete in the regional at their home course - St. Joseph Country Club May 4-6.
Women's golf has had a strong season in 2025-26, winning a pair of regular seasion tournaments with Ines Vandaele earning second team all-MIAA honors and Saya Schweitzer being selected to the third team.
They'll compete along with Avery Wells, Makenna Casey and Lauren Mallow. MoWest will be in the field with 17 other teams and eight other golfers who qualified as individuals.
The NCAA National Championship is set for May 12-16 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The top five teams from the Central Region will advance, along with the top two individuals who are NOT on a qualifying team.
