Lacrosse set for final regular season road swing in GLVC play

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Griffon Lacrosse (6-5, 2-1 GLVC) continues GLVC play this weekend with its final road trip of the regular season, traveling to McKendree and Maryville.

Both games will be streamed live and on demand on the GLVC Sports Network with a subscription or download purchase required. Live stats will also be available to follow along on GoGriffons.com.

The Griffons have played three games in GLVC action so far this season, posting a 2-1 record. MWSU earned conference wins over Quincy 11-5 and William Jewell 22-11 before falling to No. 25 Rockhurst, 21-11.

The Griffons open the trip on Friday, April 17 with a 1 p.m. contest at McKendree (9-4, 1-2 GLVC) in Lebanon, Illinois.

The weekend concludes on Sunday, April 19 with an 11 a.m. matchup at No. 10 Maryville (9-3, 2-1 GLVC) in St. Louis, Missouri.

Both games provide key opportunities for MWSU as it continues conference action in its final road swing before returning home to wrap up the regular season.

What's Next
Griffon Lacrosse returns home to wrap up the regular season with a pair of GLVC matchups at Spratt Stadium. MWSU hosts No. 3 Indianapolis on Friday, April 24 at 4 p.m., before closing the regular season on Sunday, April 26 against Lewis at 1 p.m. in St. Joseph.
