ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Due to pending inclement weather and forecasted below-freezing temperatures, the MoWest Lacrosse home opener on Sunday, March 1st, will now be held inside the Griffon Indoor Sports Complex. The start time, originally scheduled for 1:00pm at Spratt Stadium, has been moved up to 11:00am. 

The Griffons will host Concordia St. Paul in the opener, marking just the fourth time in the program's six-year history that an Lax match will take place inside the friendly confines of the GISC. 

Within the "friendly confines" comes sacrifice. Admission is free, but there is no seating inside the facility and spectator space is limited. Fans are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs. Food and drink is NOT allowed inside the GISC. Fans can enter through the double doors closest to the Lot I parking entry, located just off circle drive. No GLVC Network video or radio stream will be available. Fans can follow along through NCAA live stats.
