ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Griffon soccer (2-0-1) stays on the road for a pair of matches against GLVC opponents.
The Griffons will stay in the Show Me State to face Missouri S&T (2-0) in Rolla on Friday at 5 p.m.
MoWest then heads to Liberty to take on William Jewell (0-1-1) on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Both matches will be available to watch on the GLVC Sports Network at
glvcsn.com.
Griffon soccer tallied home wins over both Jewell and S&T in St. Joseph last September – a 3-0 win over the Cardinals, and later a 1-0 decision against the Miners.
MoWest is coming off of its first road match of the season this past Tuesday, where the Griffons played the Wayne State Wildcats to a 1-1 draw. The Griffons started the season this past weekend with home wins over Bemidji State (2-0) and Nothern State (1-0).
Tuesday's match against Jewell will be the last non-conference game of the season. Griffon soccer will then open MIAA play on Friday, September 26 at Rogers State.
