KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association has announced its All-Tournament Team from the 2023 MIAA Women's Soccer Championship Tournament.
The 14 member-team is selected by the coaching staffs of the MIAA Tournament qualifying teams. Missouri Western senior forward
Jaden Skinner made the team by tallying three points in the MIAA Tournament Quarterfinal at Washburn. Skinner scored one goal and notched one assist in a valiant overtime loss against the No. 1 seed in the tourney.
Tournament champion Emporia State was represented by Mackenzie Dimarco, Hadlie Lowe and Mackenzi Goen. Lexie Ruf, Andree Orcutt and Emilee Person selected as All-Tournament selections for Central Missouri.
Fort Hays State was represented by Allison Worley and Emily Hutchings. Aubrey Tanksley and Grace Peterson represented semifinalists Washburn on the All-Tournament team.
Lucia Fernandez from Northwest Missouri, Rebecca Partyka from Northeastern State, Lauren Piper from Central Oklahoma and
Jaden Skinner from Missouri Western rounded out the 2023 squad.
