Griffon Volleyball falls at Pittsburg State

PITTSBURG, Kan. – Griffon Volleyball lost its third consecutive match after Saturday's 3-0 final vs. Pittsburg State at John Lance Arena.

The Griffons (3-8, 0-3 MIAA) stayed tight with Pitt State (8-5, 2-2 MIAA) for each set, but fell 25-21, 27-25 and 25-20. 

NOTABLES
  • Lily Kurz led the Griffons with nine kills and four blocks.
  • Jessica Hendrix record eight kills while Hailey Crane hammered home seven. 
  • Once again, Lia Graham led the Griffons in digs with 15. 
  • Three separate Pitt State players recorded 10 or more kills.
